Rmemeber, curb appeal is one of the most important factors when selling your home. It is the first thing a buyer sees when they pull up to your home. Yet, it amazes me this winter how many lisitngs do not shovel their drive ways.
I can not stress this enough. If you are trying to sell your homeand it snows, shovel your driveway. Pay a neighbor, do whatever it tkes to remove the snow. Not only will it increase your curb appeal but it is a liabilty having unshoveld walks.
So shovel those driveways and salt your sidewalks and steps. It will help with your showings and just may be the difference between a sale and another day on the market.
Also, have your Realtor supply you with some plastic booties for showings, or instruct buyers to remove their shoes.
Sometimes it is the little things that help!
